Glasgow Partnership
Here at NHS 24 we employ a broad range of frontline staff in our centres nationwide including call handlers, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, dental nurses, as well as many others. We have a mental health hub including psychological wellbeing practitioners, mental health nurses and mental health senior charge nurses. In addition we also have a number of staff supporting these services through functions such as finance, human resources and recruitment, technology and resource planning.
We work in close partnership with all Health Boards and the Scottish Ambulance Service to provide essential services to patients in need of urgent advice and care. We provide access to trusted health and care information and support through a range of different services, which are available to the public via a range of delivery channels, such as NHS Inform which is Scotland's health information service, and our 111 phone service which provides urgent care and advice when your GP, pharmacy or dental practice is closed.
