SEPA is responsible for monitoring, protecting and improving Scotland’s Environment. We employ around 1,250 people covering environmental regulation, flooding, policy, science and corporate services.

The role

We are looking for an experienced PMO manager to support our programme of transformation.

You will be responsible for setting up and running a Programme Management Office which will offer guidance, support and assurance to projects and programmes across SEPA.

You will have experience:

· Developing project management standards and documentation

· Providing assurance and audit across projects; identifying issues and remediation actions

· Resource and budget management

· Developing reporting at project, programme and strategic level

· Delivering within waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
