The Scottish Prison Service are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative to join the estates team within HMP & YOI Cornton Vale on a permanent basis.
You will support the Maintenance Engineers by carrying out basic routine planned preventative maintenance and repair tasks such as building fabric inspections, Portable Appliance Testing, minor plumbing tasks, cleaning before and after engineering jobs, external grounds maintenance work and fire systems testing.
This is an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills to gain experience working on industrial/commercial systems.
