Shetland Community Connections

Shetland Community Connections was established in 2018 to help people access the right support at the right time through Self-Directed Support.

We support people to manage their care in a way that works best for them and continue to develop services that meet the needs of our community.

As part of this work, we advertise Personal Assistant (PA) opportunities on behalf of individual employers who receive Self-Directed Support. We help connect people looking for PA work with those looking to hire a PA.

We are not a recruitment service. Our role is simply to help connect employers and potential employees, supporting positive, person-centred working relationships.
