Sistema Scotland is looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our central team based in Raploch, Stirling.

You will support the HR Team at Sistema Scotland in the delivery of a comprehensive Human Resources service at all levels within the organisation, enhancing Sistema Scotland’s ability to deliver its objectives.

You will be an experienced administrator, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage a high pressure workload and excellent communication skills. You will have first class IT skills, with demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Word and Excel as well as experience of working with databases.

This pioneering programme drew its initial inspiration from El Sistema in Venezuela and our vision is to transform lives with music. We deliver on our vision through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities. Since its inception in 2007, the programme has grown and developed into a multi-faceted and immersive music education and social development programme which uses the orchestra as a learning community. We currently run programmes in Raploch (Stirling), Govanhill (Glasgow), Torry (Aberdeen) and Douglas (Dundee).

We are ambitious for the children we work with, and we are looking for someone who can match that ambition with experience, drive and commitment.

This is a temporary post for a period of one year. The hours of work will be a minimum of 28 hours and a maximum of 33 hours per week, worked between Monday and Friday.
