We are looking for a Business Information Officer to join our IT Team on a 2 year fixed term contract. You will support the implementation of our Data Management Strategy including data gap analysis, data audit, data reporting and supporting the implementation of our data governance framework. You will share our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis.
You will be accountable to our IT Manager
You should:
• Be able to identify of gaps, errors or inconsistencies in source data or reporting areas and undertake and recommend relevant action
• Be able to support the Data Protection Officer to ensure ongoing full compliance with data protection legislation including carrying out regular personal data audits
• Be able to develop and implement a data audit programme and report to Senior Management on the audit results
• Be able to respond to internal and external customers and stakeholder requests for reports within agreed timescales
• Be able to prepare and update data protocols
