We are looking for a new IT Support Officer who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. You will be accountable to our Senior IT Support Officer.

You will play a key role in the provision of internal IT support services and assisting with the ongoing maintenance and development of our core systems

You should:

  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Applications including managing users within Microsoft Active Directory and 365 Admin Portal
  • Be able to explaining IT information in non-technical terms to users and confident in speaking and presenting to varied group audiences
  • Have experience of providing front line IT support in a busy office environment
  • Have experience of supporting end users in a Microsoft environment
  • Be able to prioritise workloads, time, and resources to agreed deadlines with minimal supervision
