South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership

South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) brings together a wide range of community-based health, social care and social work services which have been delegated by South Ayrshire Council and the NHS. These services are to support people in all stages of life and from all walks of life when they need it. We have a range of vacancies and careers.

See the ‘Jobs’ section for current vacancies within South Ayrshire Council and partner organisations, and the ‘NHS A&A’ section for NHS vacancies.

A current focus is social care, and we are looking for dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic people to help us provide the best care to the community of South Ayrshire. To find out more about a care role and career routes, see the ‘working in adult social care’ and ‘routes into care’ sections.

Working in adult social care

In adult social care you’ll support people to live independently, helping them with daily tasks such as getting out and about and developing or regaining skills. It’s through your compassion and creativity that you will help them meet these goals. You may have experience of providing care for a family member, or you might just be the kind of person who wants a job that matters. Either way, you’re changing lives.
