You will be supporting people in Bute. Your role will involve taking the initiative to promote independence while building a connection.

Working with people with Learning Disabilities involves appreciating their own personal journeys. Each day is an opportunity to engage in activities, whether it’s enjoying a walk in the park, visiting a favourite café, or pursuing personal interests. Your role is to inspire, support and promote independence while building a connection with them.

Your role will involve promoting independence and building connections. You will be available to work a variety of shifts, including sleep ins.
