Female Bank Support Worker - Connel, Oban

You will be supporting individuals both in their own homes and within shared housing in Connel and Oban. They enjoy a wide range of activities, including shopping, cooking, household tasks, day trips, attending football matches, walking, cycling, joining mental health service–run groups, travelling by bus and train, enjoying music, taking part in local events, and meeting family for meals. Your role will be to take initiative in encouraging independence while fostering meaningful and supportive connections.
