Care & Support Manager - Livingston

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £33,463.46 pro rata

Hours: 37 per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team of Care & Support Managers in Lothian on a 12 month Fixed term Contract (Maternity Cover).

Livingston service supports 3 people currently with a variety of support needs.

It is an exciting time as we are taking on new business which will increase the service to 6 supported people.

As Care & Support Manager of Livingston you will manage a team of Established and Relief Support Workers. You will be managing a mixed support model including 24-hour support and sleepovers.

A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.

As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive handover period with the current Livingston Care & Support Manager.
