6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £33,463.46 per annum pro rata

Hours: 30 per week

We have a new and exciting Care & Support Manager position in our Stornoway service on a Fixed Term Contract as we look to grow the service.

This post will be managing the Young Person Transition team within the service. We currently support 4 people in this part of the service however we are looking to expand this. You will be helping lead on the growth of the service.

There will be a focus on developing Autism and neurodiversity support as well as Arks Information Management System (AIMS) as part of this post.

You will be working alongside the Operations Manager who manages the existing service which will allow for a full and comprehensive handover and induction.

Your 30 hours will be worked over 5 days (Monday to Friday).
