Team Leader - Shared Houses

Covering Dumfries, Lockerbie and Greenock

Looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a real difference in the lives of older people?

As a Team Leader in our Shared Houses, you'll manage a local area team to deliver essential services, integrate customer service ethos into daily work, and handle vacancies efficiently to minimise rent loss. You'll maintain community links, handle complaints and compliments, and ensure health and safety monitoring in line with statutory obligations.

Your key deliverables will include ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing support, meal services and domestic cleaning for Houses of Multiple Occupancy, promoting shared independent living, and collaborating with the Housing team to support high occupancy levels. Promoting customer choice and participation, contributing to vibrant neighborhoods, and leading customer engagement initiatives will be part of your role.
