We’re searching for an experienced Care Supervisor to join our Bluebird Care Edinburgh team. Join our team and help play a vital role in shaping, supporting, and mentoring our care team.

Qualifications and Requirements
- SVQ: An SVQ4 is desirable but we will accept someone with an SVQ3, willing to work towards an SVQ4.
- Care Plan Writing: Proficiency in creating detailed care plans is necessary.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assessment: Meet with customers to assess their care needs and preferences, ensuring a person-centred approach to care planning.
Care Plan Creation: Develop comprehensive and individualised care plans for customers, detailing their specific requirements and preferences.
Supervision and Support: Mentor and support our care team, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in line with Bluebird Care’s policies.
On-Call Duties: You will work alongside the rest of the team to deliver on-call duties, so we can ensure our team and customers always have the support they need and deserve.
Flexibility: Maintain flexibility in your working hours, including occasional work outside of standard office hours of 8.30 am-5 pm as required by the role.
Travel: Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
