A rare opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and expanding project in Perth and Kinross as an Area Lead.
Right to Better is growing a great reputation for developing and delivering high quality support arrangements in Tayside.
The Area Lead plays a key role in leading the team: building, underpinning and maintaining support arrangements and networks. This will include providing effective line management, leadership and direction as well as developing and maintaining positive working relationships externally with our key stakeholder organisations, families and local authorities.

You should be supportive, able to adopt a coaching and mentoring approach to your work to support teams to work to the best of their abilities, to meet the needs of the people we work for.
Experience of working within the Low Arousal model of support, or a willingness to learn, will be necessary for this role.
