Hi! I’m Anna – I’m in my 20s, I live in Bonnybridge, and I’m on the lookout for a new Personal Development Worker to join my small, friendly team.

If you’re passionate about dogs (like I am!), enjoy getting outdoors for walks, love music, movies, and being creative – we might just be a perfect match! I also attend college and enjoy keeping busy with the things I love.

I’m looking for someone who is:

• Motivated, creative, and reliable.
• Understanding of Autism and how it can shape someone’s day-to-day life.
• Respectful and empowering, helping me live as independently as possible.
• A good communicator and a positive presence.
• A driving licence would be great, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Most importantly, I want someone who sees me – not just the job. I have goals, dreams, and ambitions, and I’m looking for someone who’ll support me in reaching them while treating me with dignity and kindness.
