Arron is a friendly young man who lives at home with his parents in Govan. He is looking to add a new member to his dedicated support team. Arron enjoys being out and about in the community and is passionate about making the most of his days.

Role Overview:

As a Personal Development Worker, you will support Arron in his community-based activities, helping him to enjoy his hobbies, discover new experiences, and build independence. This is a rewarding role for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoys being active.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support in the community.
• Encourage and assist Arron in attending classes, clubs, and social outings.
• Support Arron in exploring new places and cuisines.
• Promote independence and positive experiences.

About You:

• Friendly, patient, and proactive.
• Enjoys being out in the community and trying new things.
• Flexible and committed to supporting Arron’s goals.
• Previous experience in support work is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
