The Vacancy

Hi, I'm Darren and I live in my own home in Denny. I am recruiting for a new member to join my team of Personal Development Workers (support workers). I have a great existing team around me already, and I’m looking to add an additional member. I love going out and about, visiting garden centres, playing bingo or meeting up with friends. A driving license is essential as I have my own car.

I enjoy a variety of activities and am looking for someone who can support me to take part in the things I love. I enjoy going on short breaks and caravan holidays, watching quiz shows, visiting coffee shops for a cuppa and some people-watching, attending art classes at my local sensory centre, and going to the gym. I would like someone who shares my enthusiasm for getting out and about, trying new experiences, and supporting me to live an active and fulfilling life.

Do you feel you’re the right person to join my team? If so, apply now, or call Elaine for more information on 07870906404.

Benefits include:

  • We pay PVG’s and SSSC fees
  • 30 days annual leave - rising to 35 days after 5 years’ service
  • Life Assurance
  • Access to discount scheme
  • Cycle to work and tech scheme
  • Credit Union affiliation
  • Flexible working options
  • Health Plan
