Working alongside Jen, you’ll become part of a supportive, enthusiastic team dedicated to creating joyful, meaningful days.

Jen is full of personality and loves meeting new people. She thrives on social connection and fun activities, and she’s looking for someone who can share in the things she enjoys most, including:

The Role

As part of Jen’s team, you’ll:

• Support her to take part in social and leisure activities
• Encourage her independence while ensuring she feels safe and happy
• Join in with games, outings, and creative sessions
• Build a genuine friendship and positive relationship
• Work closely with Jen and the wider support team

You don’t need to be a superhero (though it helps if you like games!), but you should be:

Experience in care or support work is welcome but not essential — your attitude and willingness to connect are what matter most.
