We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow to support an individual who thrives on meaningful connection and shared passions. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to build a genuine relationship and help someone live their best life.

About the Role:

Provide person-centred support tailored to the individual’s needs and interests.

Engage in activities such as visiting war memorials, building Lego creations, watching films, and discussing aviation. Support with daily living tasks, community involvement, and personal development.

About You:

You’re compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic.

You share or are open to learning about the individual’s interests. You’re a good communicator and a team player.
