Care & Support Leader – Residential
Join our vibrant Camphill Blair Drummond community as a Care & Support Leader (Residential).
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £28,528.50 – £31,453.50
Reporting to: Deputy Director of Care & Support
We are looking for a compassionate and motivated leader to oversee the day‑to‑day running of one or more of our residential houses, ensuring our residents experience high‑quality, person‑centred care in line with the Camphill ethos.
In this role, you will lead and support a team of Support Workers and international volunteers, promoting best practice and maintaining safe, nurturing and homely environments for our residents. You’ll be responsible for care planning, safeguarding, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with families, professionals and colleagues.
You will also play a key part in rota planning, employee development, and supporting continuous improvement across the service. Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills are essential.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience in social care, including supporting adults with learning disabilities.
- Experience leading teams and contributing to care planning.
- Strong communication, organisational and supervisory skills.
- An SVQ 3 + PDA, SVQ 4, or equivalent qualification suitable for SSSC registration.
- A flexible, collaborative, and compassionate approach.
