Hello, my name is Lorraine and I am a 54-year-old woman living in the lovely town of Castle Douglas. Due to ongoing health conditions, I’m looking to recruit a kind and reliable female personal assistant to support me at home and help me live as independently as possible.

I have a number of medical conditions including Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), Fibromyalgia, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, COPD, Type 2 Diabetes, Sarcoidosis, and Arthritis. Because of these, I need assistance with some daily tasks.

Support Required:

• Hair washing
• Getting dressed
• Showering
• Applying creams
• Light household tasks

About Me:

I’m creative and love arts and crafts – especially diamond art! I also enjoy watching rally racing and listening to music. It would be wonderful to find someone who shares similar interests, or is simply open and friendly.

I’m Looking for Someone Who Is:

Hours & Pay:

• 8.5 hours per week
• Morning shifts: Monday to Friday, 10:30am – 12:00pm
• Evening shifts: Two nights a week, approx. 30 minutes around 8:00pm
• £12.60/hour
• 5.6 weeks pro-rata paid annual leave
• A valid PVG is required
