Personal Assistant

I am a 19-year-old blind and autistic person looking for a motivated, friendly and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) to provide 12 hours of 1-to-1 support per week. The main part of the role will be supporting me to attend groups and activities and helping me to get involved, build confidence and have positive social interactions with other people. This could be going on a walk, arts &crafts, cooking, playing bingo or going swimming. I enjoy going out to eat, listening to music and jokes.

You would need a driving license and have access to a car that could be used to commute to the group and back. These hours will on Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 till 3:30. The rate of pay would be £13.45 per hour with paid annual leave of 5.6 weeks pro rata. A suitable PVG is required.
