My name is Mavis, I am 92 years-old and have vascular dementia. I am looking for a Personal Assistant to help me while my Personal Assistant is on holidays but also to cover her days off.

I am looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Friendly
• Honest and Trustworthy
• Reliable
• Empathetic
• Sensitive to my moods and needs
• Has some knowledge of dementia

The support that I need is:

• Washing
• Dressing
• Showering
• Meal Preparation
• Medication Prompting

I like to do jigsaws, to chat about my past and also family. I used to enjoy golf and enjoy getting outdoors if the weather allows and going for a coffee at the Gateway.

If you are successful you will need to provide evidence of proof of right to work in the UK

You will be asked to provide the names of two referees
