What You'll Be Doing

As a Community Living Assistant, you'll support adults with disabilities to live as independently as possible by:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting medication and mealtimes
  • Encouraging independence and choice
  • Helping people access their local community
  • Supporting hobbies, interests and social activities
  • Assisting with household tasks and daily living
  • Building positive, meaningful relationships with the people you support

Unlike many care roles, our visits are a typically a minimum of four hours, giving you the time to provide person-centred support and build genuine connections.

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous care experience - we'll provide all the training you need.

We're looking for people who are:

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the community-based nature of this role.

Locations

We support people throughout North Lanarkshire including:

Wishaw / Shotts / Motherwell / Bellshill / Hamilton / Coatbridge / Airdrie

You are not expected to provide care throughout all of North Lan, we will match you to some of the people we support in one of these locations.

Hours Available

Our team is growing! We're recruiting for full-time, part-time and bank/relief roles.

As we provide support around the clock, we offer a variety of shifts, including days, back shifts, nights and sleepovers. Rotas are issued well in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your life outside of work. Apply today and let's discuss the hours that suit you best!
