At Carr Gomm, we’re seeking Relief Support Practitioners to join our Home Respite team in Caithness. In this role, you’ll provide short-term in-home support to individuals, giving unpaid carers essential time to rest and recharge — all while working hours that suit your lifestyle.

About the Role

• Deliver 1–5 hour respite visits to people in their homes
• Support individuals with day-to-day needs and companionship
• Help maintain comfort, independence, and routine
• Work flexibly — shifts are matched to your availability
• Be part of a caring, professional team that values person-centred support

Who We're Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable people who want to make a difference
• No previous care experience required — full training provided
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, due to rural travel
