The Role – Full-Time House Coordinator
Full-time, permanent | 37.5 hours per week | £31,122 per annum
- Overall responsibility for the household, ensuring the highest standards of care and wellbeing for residents.
- Lead, supervise, and support residential staff and volunteers, including appraisals, training, rotas, and development.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage household and resident finances in line with policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, guardians, social workers, and internal teams.
- Participate in shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, while balancing administrative and compliance responsibilities.
- Promote Camphill Home Making, creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents can enjoy meaningful daily routines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning disability care
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial or leadership role
- Relevant qualification (SVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent), or willingness to work towards this
- SSSC registration
- PVG membership
- Full manual driving licence
