The Role – Full-Time Support Worker

  • 37.5 hours per week, flexible shifts between Monday-Sunday.
  • Work in a small house team led by a House Coordinator and Assistant House Coordinator.
  • Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, ensuring their wellbeing at all times.
  • Assist with daily activities, health appointments, outings, and holidays, on a 1:1 or group basis.
  • Cook and serve meals, administer medication, and contribute to care planning and record keeping.
  • Work towards achieving your SVQ3 (funded by us!) and SSSC registration requirements.
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, and other daily needs.
