Our fast-paced, friendly and supportive HR Team are now the lookout for an HR Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role can be based permanently in our Dundee office, or part of our hybrid working model where a minimum of 3 days will be spent in our Dundee office. If looking to work in a hybrid way, we will need you to live within a reasonable commute of Dundee.
The Role
This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are ever the same. Reporting to our HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with our colleagues in the North East of Scotland providing support, guidance and advice.
As our HR Assistant you’ll be responsible for organising and co-ordinating a wide range of tasks including; managing day-to-day enquiries, preparing agendas and reports, minute taking, updating records, processing occupational health referrals and HR invoices.
About You
Don't have experience in HR? Don't worry, we'll provide training and support to give you all the skills you'll need!
To be a great HR Assistant we’ll need you to bring: -
- Experience of working in an administration/secretarial role
- Organisational and time management skills
- A polite, approachable and friendly manner with a passion for helping others
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to produce high quality, accurate work
- Confidence working with office-related computer packages
- The ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
- A positive approach with a eagerness to learn
