The Role

You'll join our dedicated team providing support to different gentlemen who live both within their own or family homes. In addition to these activities, the gentleman loves being out and about and enjoys going on the train for days out. He also enjoys his yearly holidays to a lodge in Blackpool and some celebrity spotting!

As well as supporting with hobbies and interests, you'll also help with meal planning, cooking, housework, going to appointments, personal care and medication.

You don't need experience to start your career with us, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills that you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

What we need you to bring;

  • A full UK, manual driving licence (minimum of 1 years' driving experience)
  • Good communication skills
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Confidence in the use of computers
