Our teams and the people we support


Working as part of our small team you’ll be supporting a young lady who loves nothing more than keeping active. You’ll be providing practical and emotional 1:1 support within her home and while out in the community. From taking part in social activities to going to night clubs and themed ‘Come Dine With Me’ events with her friends, there is never a dull moment


Due to having her own mobility vehicles you'll need a full UK manual driving licence and at least one year's driving experience.

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will usually fall seven days a week, between 8am and 8pm and will include weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.


If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.


Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
