We're looking for a female Support Practitioner* to join our small, friendly team in Kilmarnock, working 30 hours per week.


What you'll be doing


You'll provide 1:1 practical and emotional support to a young lady who loves keeping active and getting out and about. From social activities and nights out to themed ‘Come Dine With Me’ events with friends — there's always something happening!


You'll help her enjoy the things she loves, build confidence and live life to the full.


🚗 You'll need: A full UK manual driving licence and at least 1 year's driving experience.


No experience? No problem!


We'll train you, pay you and support you every step of the way. You'll also have the chance to gain funded, recognised qualifications while you work.

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will usually fall seven days a week, between 8am and 8pm and will include weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.


If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.


Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
