The Role

The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same. You'll be part of a small, fun, friendly team who supports an amazing young lady who has a mild learning disability and PTSD. Your main aim will be to provide support with all aspects of daily living, you'll also support her to socialise, maintain relationships and continue to live independently.

You'll play a huge part in helping her to realise her potential, reach her goals, learn new skills and play an active role in her local community and take part in her hobbies and interests. Some of her hobbies and interests include animals (especially horses), going for walks, knitting, gardening, music, shopping and watching TV & films.

Shift Patterns

This role will involve working four shifts per month, each shift will include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays will form part of your rota on a rotational basis.

Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours; for every sleepover you work, you will receive an additional payment of £96!
