Our fantastic #TeamPerthCS as Support Practitioners on a part-time (16 hours per week), permanent basis.

This isn't your average job, you'll be part a friendly and dedicated team where teamwork and making a difference go hand in hand. You'll support adults in Perth with a variety of disabilities and additional support needs, helping them to live their lives to the fullest.

You don't need previous experience, just bring the right attitude and we'll support you every step of the way!

Shift Patterns


Because everyone we support is unique, your shifts will be too:

  • Shifts between 0800-2000 hours Monday - Friday
  • 1000-1930 hours (weekends)

And occasionally:

  • Later shifts for activities, concerts and shows
  • Sleepovers to support holidays and trips away

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.
