Shift Patterns
As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shifts will fall usually fall into patterns between the hours of 0700-2100 hours. Weekends, sleepovers (1300-1300 hours the next day), waking nights (2100-0700 hours) and public holidays would also be worked on a rotational basis.
Sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional £100.80 for each sleepover worked. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 per night.
Due to the location of our service and limited public transport links that fit our shift patterns, a driver would be preferred, or someone who is confident that they can travel to and from our service to meet the shift requirements.
