Shift Patterns

This role will involve working two Waking Night shifts per week and will include weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis. Waking night shifts are paid at a normal hourly rate, plus an additional payment of £20 per night.

Although the majority of the time you will work a waking night shift, we will also need you to have an element of flexibility to attend training and build relationships with the individuals we support during the day, so occasional day shifts will form part of your rota.

The Role

Your role will be to provide support throughout the night to five wonderful individuals with physical and learning difficulties. Although working as part of our wider team, this role will mainly involve lone working.

Your main aim will be to ensure that the individuals we support have access to support and assistance during the night if needed. In addition to providing support, your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, ironing, health & safety checks, managing finances and administrative support.
