Our amazing #TeamParkholme in Lossiemouth are on the lookout for a new part-time colleague to join their Waking Night team on a permanent (20 hours) basis. So, if you’re enthusiastic, caring and flexible; you could be just who we're looking for!
The Role
You'll become part of a team who supports six adults with learning and physical disabilities to live in their own shared home.
As part of our Waking Night team, your main aim will be to ensure that the individuals have access to support and assistance during the night if needed.
In addition to providing support, your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, creating & maintaining our rota system, managing finance returns and administrative support.
About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7 qualification and SSSC registration fees too!

Shift patterns
This post will involve working two waking night shifts per week between the hours of 2145-0745 hours and will include weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis. However, we will need you to occasionally commit to working some day shifts to build relationships with the people we support and take part in essential training. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an agreed standard waking night payment of £20 per night.
