Diamond Home Assist LLP

Diamond Home Assist, support people with disabilities to live independently in the community, we do NOT offer personal care, but instead assist clients to look after their home, support clients to attend to correspondence, encourage clients to engage with their community and attend clubs, ensure their wellbeing while still remaining as independent as possible.

We offer sitter services for dementia clients, to allow a much needed rest for their loved ones.

Tenancy support for clients who just need that helping hand to run their home.

Social inclusion for those client that have become isolated.

Support to all of our clients.
