Are you interested in working for an award winning social care charity?

Childcare Practitioners (Support Workers) have the most important role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Childcare Practitioners but what we can guarantee is that you will be supporting someone who requires support to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be!

Each person we support has different support requirements, so your support worker role may include assisting them with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst expanding their social networks and connections.

Enable creates a bespoke team around every individual we support, and our team of Childcare Practitioners work collaboratively to ensure the safety, wellbeing and aspirations of the people we support are met.

The Best in You Brings Out the Best in Me

The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do; they just too often do not get the opportunity to experience these same opportunities. So whatever your interests are; be it arts & crafts, baking, gardening to music, films and gaming, we want to hear from you!

A career with Enable is as rewarding as it is diverse, Childcare Practitioners at their best have the potential to truly bring out the best in the people we support.

Help transform lives like S’s.

Hello, I’m S and I live in Muirfield Place.

I love living here as I get to have lots of fun and learn new things. I am learning to cook and I really enjoy helping in the garden. I enjoy music and dancing, and really love to have a laugh. The staff all help to keep me safe and happy.

Muirfield Place is looking for enthusiastic sessional childcare practitioners to join our nightshift team, who can help make a real difference to the people we support. Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of the young people at Muirfield Place?
