Claudia is looking to transition from her current living set up into her new homeand she is looking for Personal Assistants (Support Workers) to support her to make this transition successful. We are looking for a bespoke team so that Claudia can recives person centred support with the right personal assistants that share similar interests and outlooks on life.
Claudia is looking for outgoing personal assistants that can support her everyday hobbies. She loves to watch TV shows and playing games that are mathematically based! Claudia has an excellent memory and loves dates, time and anything numbers. She enjoys going out to local cafes, historical sites and going out to local events. Claudia is looking to build her social skills and gain confidence in social settings within the community. She also enjoys sensory experiences and enjoys visiting the local library.
