Maintenance Assistant

Salary: £22,533 per annum

Hours: Full time, 35 per week.

Location: Broadmeadows, KA1 5PU, Symington, Ayrshire.

Normal working hours for the post are 8.30am to 4pm.

What you will be doing as our new Maintenance Assistant:

· Carrying out a range of basic maintenance and repair work including joinery, plumbing and general building works

· Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) (training will be provided)

· Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with Health & Safety compliance

· Putting our customers and team members first, to build positive relationships to resolve queries with minimal disruption.

· Working both independently and within a team

· Using excellent problem-solving skills.

· Using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A full driving license will be required to use our vehicles to work across sites at times.
