The Role
As the Registered Manager for the service you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and management to a team of Managers/Senior Support Workers and Support workers, and ensuring the delivery of high quality services including: compliance with Health and Social Care Standards, delegated budget management, workforce planning, recruitment, selection and induction of new staff, implementation of policies and procedures within services, whilst supporting opportunities for continuous improvement in line with the Hillcrest Futures strategic objectives.

- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
- Provide excellent Leadership and Management of staff teams and ensure contractual requirements are met
- Be highly organised with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Possess an SVQ4 in Health and Social Care, and SVQ 4 in Management (or be willing to work toward this)
- Be required to obtain registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 6 months of taking up the post
