About the Role

We are looking for people to be part of an exciting move for a person we shall be supporting. Sue has spent a long time in hospital and is really keen to move to her own home in Cairneyhill. We are looking for some enthusiastic, fun but most of all caring people who want to help Sue achieve her best life.

Sue is a lady of quite particular tastes and interests, after spending so much time in hospital she is excited to be getting home and to start working on having all things pink in and around her home. She likes to watch Westlife so if you are a fan you shall definitely hit it off. She loves to go out shopping and out for a coffee, so this is a job where you will be paid to do these fun things, what is not to like?

Sue is very witty that does mean she can have a bit of a sharp tongue on her but that is part of her character. Sue has quite a sense of humour and she particularly likes to watch clips on youtube of people falling, animals being a bit daft and falling.

Sue can be particular about who she lets into her life, as we all are, but with the right approach you can have a really great working relationship with Sue and she can be great company when you get that relationship established.

Sue does have specific needs around medication, Epilepsy and understanding her communication needs but we can provide training and information on that for you so there is no need to worry about these things.

If you think you and Sue would get along and you want to help Sue really start to have the life she deserves then this may the opportunity for you.
