Leonard Cheshire in Scotland is one of the country’s leading social care providers and disability charities, empowering disabled people to lead independent lives in the community. We provide person-centred care and support to over 500 people across Scotland and help young people with long-term health conditions to develop skills and confidence to give back to the community through volunteering opportunities. With approximately 900 staff in Scotland, we campaign to build a more inclusive society that alleviates social isolation and loneliness through digital inclusion and being active in the community. Our lobbying for better employment opportunities and a more accessible transport network means we seek a greater Scotland for disabled people.
