Your role as a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant with Mantebre Care, you will support clients in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship, and practical assistance. Building trusting relationships is at the heart of what we do, enabling you to help clients maintain independence through tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and daily personal care.

• Empathy, patience, and a desire to help older people live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

• Reliability, commitment, and a mature, proactive approach shaped by life experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• A full driving licence and access to a car.

• Proof of right to work in the UK.

• Ability to pass a DBS/PVG check.

  • Experience is not essential as all staff are provided with a fully comprehensive induction followed by on the job supervision until confident and competent.
