This is an exciting opportunity to be part of The Mungo Foundation, where we positively impact the lives of those we support in our various services across Glasgow and Ayrshire.

We are looking for someone who will support the Registered Service Manager to implement innovation whilst maintaining a positive environment for both those we support and our amazing staff group within the Roslin House Project. Roslin House is an 8 bedded respite service that supports children and young people, ages 5 - 18 with additional support needs. Our service is truly fantastic and one of a kind. We are a short breaks respite service for children and young people with additional needs. We are privileged to have the opportunity to be part of the lives of an inspiring, unique and amazing group of children and young people. We get to see them growing up and support them to live their best lives. We are looking for someone who is focused, passionate, fun, caring and dedicated to lead our staff team to achieve all we can if that’s you we would love to hear from you. You will be;

· Responsible for the delivery of high-quality person-centred care and support

· Effective management and development of a staff team

· Communicate effectively with all those we support, their families, other professionals and agencies

· Audit and monitor all areas of systems and practice on regular basis

· Ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place
