Key Responsibilities:

  • Help clients with personal care such as washing and dressing, always treating them with dignity and kindness
  • Prepare simple, comforting meals — and make time for a cuppa and a chat
  • Support clients to move around safely and confidently
  • Be a friendly, familiar face and offer genuine companionship
  • Notice and report any changes in health or wellbeing
  • Work closely with families and professionals to ensure consistent care
  • Give medication safely and offer reassurance when needed

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 6 months of care experience
  • A calm, compassionate and patient approach
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Own transport is essential (due to travel between visits)
  • Someone who’s reliable, friendly, and genuinely cares

You must be able to work between the hours of 07.00 - 21.00 and weekends
