Mental Health & Wellbeing Worker

Location: Fife area (hybrid working)

Salary: £21,536 - £22,296 per annum (£11.04 - £11.43 p/h equivalent)

Penumbra’s Short term housing support service offers personalised and flexible support to people who are living in their own home. We work across the West Fife area and offer recovery focused practical and emotional support that is based on the individual needs and goals of each person. We provide enabling support to people in their home, who require it to achieve independence. A recent care inspection report stated, “There was a strong sense of organisational identity with staff feeling valued, heard and proud to work for Penumbra”.

Mental Health & Wellbeing Workers provide short term housing support to people in their own homes, where you will assist with tasks of budgeting, maximising income, dealing with correspondence, healthy eating, and cooking, attending appointments and property maintenance, we support people to develop skills, connect with other sources of support and gain control of their own lives.
