Join Quarriers as a Team Leader within our Glasgow Connect Service and help shape outstanding support for people with physical and learning disabilities in the west end of Glasgow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day leadership of our Connect Service, ensuring the service runs smoothly, safely and effectively. You’ll lead by example, supporting and motivating your team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care while maintaining strong operational and administrative standards.
You’ll have responsibility for managing rotas, overseeing support hours, and ensuring compliance with organisational processes, while working closely with and being supported by experienced Project Managers. This role offers real autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Full-time: 39 hours per week
Salary: £30,643 per annum
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A compassionate and values-driven approach
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams
• Confidence in rota planning and operational coordination
• Excellent communication, IT and problem-solving skills
• Resilience, reliability and the ability to listen and lead with empathy
• SVQ Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards this)
• Driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
