About the role:

Are you caring, kind and able to build relationships with the people we support to help them achieve their own life goals?

If so we want to hear from you!

We support people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and physical. Our team support with many community based activities such as swimming, walking, and cycling so if you love being on the move- this is the role for you!

Due to the nature of the role, sleepover shifts and weekend working on a rotational basis is essential.

Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner is great but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
